StabilFit is a Ready-to-Eat (RTE), high fiber increased protein rice bran derivative. With 40% fiber, 20% protein and 12% fat, StabilFit is a low-calorie ingredient that offers increased nutrition benefits into a vegan diet.
StabilFit is a binder used in meat and poultry applications. It increases water holding capacity for moisture retention and improves cook yields. Good for uses in meal replacement powders, meals ready to eat, and breading and batter systems. Also good for gluten free baking, snacks, bars, dietary supplements for compressed tablets, excipients, and natural flow agent properties.
