Dallas Anthony is Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Stabil Nutrition LLC, a leading supplier of stabilized rice bran and rice bran derivatives for food, feed, beverage, and supplement markets. With a career spanning over 20 years in sales, operations, and executive-level management, Dallas is a recognized leader in the grain milling and specialty ingredient industries.

Under Dallas’ leadership, Stabil Nutrition has continued to innovate and expand its reach, solidifying its position as a market leader. In 2023, he played a pivotal role in acquiring Rice Bran Technologies, further elevating Stabil Nutrition’s reputation and capabilities in delivering clean-label grain-based solutions to global markets. Prior to his role at Stabil Nutrition, Dallas held several senior leadership positions at Bunge, including General Manager of Rice Milling and Director of Specialty Products.

His experience in sales and operations and his strategic vision have been instrumental in driving growth, building trusted partnerships, and advancing product innovation across the industry. Dallas holds a Bachelor of Science in Milling Science from Kansas State University.

His technical expertise and deep understanding of the U.S. grain milling industry have positioned him as a thought leader who is committed to raising the standard of quality and sustainability within the sector.
